Are there patches or instructions to compile alljoyn under VS 12 (Visual Studio 2013)? I do not have access to visual studio 2012 (VS11)

I gave it a try and I'm seeing some math library header issues, but I don't know what other issues are down the road.

Until recently you couldn't build with MSVC 2013 the guys at Microsoft have been working to get that changed. They have submitted several patches that should make it possible to build with MSVC 2313. They were even kind enough to write a blog posts to help out new comers.

Not sure if you resolved this or not, but if you were trying to build the AllJoyn Thin Core Library you can follow this guide.
