Using Java on OSx has not been one of the configurations that has been used by any of the development team that works on AllJoyn. Until recently no-one has shown any interest in using Java language on a Mac. The development team must pick and choose what components will have the most effect for the largest amount of people. Since Java was looked at as an unsupported platform for Java the Java libraries are not built or released.
Having said that, you are not the first person to show interest in running the AllJoyn Java bindings on OSx so support may come at some point in the future. Even if it is added it may be unofficially supported.
Remember AllJoyn is an open source project you may add the support for Java on OSx and try and get those changes pushed. The AllJoyn team is very open to outside co-operation and submissions.
Have you tried installing Sun Java as mentioned here https://allseenalliance.org/docs-and-downloads/documentation/guide-alljoyn-development-using-java-sdk and building the AllJoyn with Java bindings.
I would first try the alljoyn.jar and liballjoyn_java.so present in the AllJoyn Android SDK and see if I can use those on Mac OSX. Unfortunately, we do not officially support Java bindings on Mac but we have had developers in the past use it successfully without much hassle.
The API documentation for Java bindings is mentioned here: https://allseenalliance.org/docs/api/java/index.html
Let me know how it goes.
