Hello,

I have successfully used Alljoyn to build an app that transfers data between iOS and Android phones. Now I wish to develop a C# WindowsPhone 8.1 app and add it to the suite.

Question: How do I integrate the Alljoyn code into my WindowsPhone project. I am using Visual Studios 2013 and have tried to build the photochat app that's in the alljoyn_core samples directory. But it fails to compile due to these link errors:

Error 5 error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol _QCC_StatusText referenced in function _QueryRemoteXfer@16 C:\AllJoynSDKs\alljoyn-core\alljoyn_core\samples\windows\PhotoChat\AllJoynBusLib\AllJoynBusLib.obj AllJoynBusLib Error 6 error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _QCC_StatusText C:\AllJoynSDKs\alljoyn-core\alljoyn_core\samples\windows\PhotoChat\AllJoynBusLib\AllJoynConnection.obj AllJoynBusLib Error 7 error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "public: enum QStatus __cdecl ajn::MsgArg::Set(char const *,...)" (?Set@MsgArg@ajn@@QAA?AW4QStatus@@PBDZZ) referenced in function _EndRemoteTransfer@8 C:\AllJoynSDKs\alljoyn-core\alljoyn_core\samples\windows\PhotoChat\AllJoynBusLib\AllJoynBusLib.obj AllJoynBusLib

etc...

Thanks

There is no support at this time for Windows Phone 8.1. However, the project is open source and you are welcome to take the AllJoyn source code from the AllSeen git repository and compile/port the framework to run on Windows Phone 8.1.
