Porting the AJTL to Arduino Yun

Hi, I've been reading around the site on people trying to port the Thin library to other micro controllers but I can't seem to figure out how to modify the target build for arduino to work on the Yun. There is this post that is the same error I encountered. I was wondering now that Alljoyn has official Yun support if there was a target for AJTL that would work on the Yun chip. If I could even get pointed in the right direction to change the target myself like in this post that would be great. Thanks!

The Arduino microcontroller on the Yun is not powerful enough (not enough RAM) to run AJTL. You can however run AllJoyn on the Linino side of the Yun.

That's what I was starting to realize. My thoughts are that I run code on the Linino side that interfaces with the daemons running and uses the bridge to interface with the arduino side. Essentially, sensor -> arduino -> bridge -> linino code -> daemon -> wifi Does this sound about right?

Yes, that is correct :)
