Hello Everyone,

I am working on a project to create two apps, one for the android OS and the other for the windows using the Alljoyn Studio Extension. Do I need to make any changes/additions in the code so that they are able to communicate? or Is it sufficient if my windows and android are on the same network(connected to the same router using wifi) and Alljoyn will take care of the communication?

All help is very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Best regards Ajit :)

Hi Ajit,

No in theory, you do not have to make any changes or additions in the code to communicate between an Android AllJoyn App and a Windows app created with AllJoyn Extension. I have already created projects that are working on that model.

Hi Ajit, I think the best would be that you download the samples provided by Microsoft in the AllJoyn SDK. Regards Mathieu
