About the protocol package of alljoyn.

I want to know the protocol package analysis. The package I cannot understand. What does "9284e91a8726f5b0321f5e4651ba1eca" mean? Is it the MagId or other thing? And the upcv4 means?

Next Generation Name Service (NGNS) is the discovery mechanism in AllJoyn. NGNS is used for both name-based queries and interface-based queries. It is built using the standard mDNS protocol / packet format (multicast destination address and the port number).
