i'm trying to run the AllJoynChat-Sample. It works perfectly on my real device, but i can't run it on the simulator.

I've got the following Error-Message: http://.../alljoyn-14.02-2.00-osx_ios-sdk/alljoyn_objc/samples/iOS/AllJoynChat/../../../../build/darwin/i386/iphonesimulator/Debug/dist/cpp/lib' ld: library not found for -lssl

Thank you very much for any advices!

Best Regards

Hi , I had encounter same problem. Did you effect the alljoyn operation when you were delete "libcrypto.a" and "libssl.a" files? I don't know how to solve the problem.

dickfala, The most probable case could be that you are missing the OpenSSL build for simulator. The instructions here https://allseenalliance.org/docs-and-downloads/documentation/configuring-build-environment-ios-and-osx#unique_16 should help you to get that. Let me know if that does not help.

Hi, I am with the same issue and I can't see how to solve this.

For me it has nothing to do with the libcrypto.a or libssl.a. The problem is that I don't have the i386 folder. The samples work fine without it but I can't figure it out what is wrong with my project.

Could you give some ideas of how to solve this?
