Hi everybody,

I have been looking in the sample code for the AboutFeature example in Java, that it is located at /services/about/java/samples/java/AboutClientSample, but there isn´t any code there. I only find this:

package org.alljoyn.about.sample;

import org.alljoyn.bus.BusAttachment;
import org.alljoyn.bus.BusListener;
import org.alljoyn.bus.BusObject;
import org.alljoyn.bus.Mutable;
import org.alljoyn.bus.SessionOpts;
import org.alljoyn.bus.SessionPortListener;
import org.alljoyn.bus.Status;

import org.alljoyn.about.AboutKeys;

public class AboutClientSample {

    static BusAttachment mBus;
    static boolean sessionEstablished = false;
    static int sessionId;

    public static void main(String[] args) {

        System.out.println("Hello world");
        Runtime.getRuntime().addShutdownHook(new Thread() {
            public void run() {

Where can I find an example to follow.

Thank you in advance pmais

If you check this example now in in the latest version of the source code in the services/about directory it looks like the AboutClient project has been updated. Best!

Thank you for pointing out that sample was incomplete.

There is documentation for each of the service frameworks that you can find on the AllSeenAlliance AllJoyn section for the different platforms. Each Service has a Usage Guide that describes how they are used for a given language bindings. You can find out how to use the About Client using the Java Language binding here: https://allseenalliance.org/docs-and-downloads/documentation/alljoyn-about-feature-10-usage-guide-android

The document describes how to run in Dalvik on Android but the same language binding will work for other platforms.
