Is there a method in AllJoyn SDK to explicitly pass bus attachment endpoint info to client, without broadcasting?

More specifically, is there a structure that incapsulates bus attachmeny info, that can be taken from one device and transferred (no matter how) to other device? And using this structure the other device would be able to connect to bus attachment without potentially lengthy discovery process

Can you clarify why you feel the discovery process is "lengthy"?

There are certain cases when devices are on the same wifi network network but the router does not provide satisfactory net scanning speed. Or even worse, UDP broadcasting can be turned off in router settings and two devices will never find each other. Am I right?

We actually have UDP Multicast for our discovery so the entire network is not flooded, but just device that have registered on the AllJoyn UDP port will receive the UDP packets. That being said a router can disable UDP multicast. In that case nothing can discover over AllJoyn so not even the AllJoyn Router software could find other AllJoyn Routers to send information.

The means to pass endpoint information is via Advertisement or via the About feature. There is no shortcut to this.
