Low Level Specifications

Hello,

Are there any low level network (IP) specifications available? For instance, such things as UDP/Multicast groups, ports, endpoints, and payloads. Also, are there any XML schemas, REST/COAP or WSDLs available?

In short, for those who are not running Linux/Windows/OSX, is it expected to use the source tree and reverse engineer?

With kind regards, Michel Kohanim
