Annouce data can have user specified fields in the form of announce map. You could add the ip address of the host in the announce data map.

More importantly the bus address which is a part of the announce signal is a combination of ip address and port of the host at which it is listening for incoming connections

Hope that helps

how do I get this bus address and more importantly how do I extract ip address? This is what announcement presents - http://pastebin.com/457RRyuY I see nothing there similar to an ip address. Announce data can have user specified fields but they should be updated when onboarded or offboarded which mean I should patch the onboarding service. I tried to use mdns that onboarding service sends but it looks like it appears only once ater onboarding service restart and never again
