I am trying to build the source given in the btle-transport branch for Android and as of now am stuck because the step that involves downloading and building the Android Source is, to put it mildly, is not something I can realistically accomplish(I am a student and the download is quite large and not something I can do on campus).

I believe I would need two files (liballjoyn_java.so and alljoyn.jar) to be able to build an Android App on top of the framework.

Is there any way for me to get/produce these files for the btle-transport branch source that does not involve downloading the Android Source?

my answer below still applies. not only would you need to download Android, but you would need to do further development of the BTLE feature to get it to work there. Right now, it doesn't even compile on Android.

BTLE for Android is not supported. That feature branch only works for specific versions of libraries on Linux. Further development is needed to use BTLE on Android.

BlueTooth support has been removed for a long time. There is a feature branch for BTLE that has no support and hasn't been touched in almost a year. https://git.allseenalliance.org/cgit/core/alljoyn.git/log/?h=refs/heads/feature/btle-transport If you'd like to contribute some code for BlueTooth
