Peer A and Peer B. I'm doing the download file from A to B and B off your wifi. Int that moment my progress is stop and I need to cancel and dimiss the progress. There's some function in filetransfermodule to show a warning if a filetransfer have a kind of problem?

As you can see the FileTransferManager has not been modified since the initial release in 2013. https://git.allseenalliance.org/cgit/services/filetransfer.git/summary I suspect you will need to engage on the core mailing list to find a solution.
