There is a sample application that you can use here: https://git.allseenalliance.org/cgit/core/alljoyn.git/tree/alljoyn_core/samples/FileTransfer

You can leverage the C++ code in JNI so you don't have to write a lot of code, or you can duplicate the interface in Java and write the implementation there.

In the above referenced code it chunks the file and send it over a signal into 100k parts since you can only fit 2^17 bytes (131072) in an AllJoyn message. Either the handset or the PC can host the AllJoyn session and once in a session you can do whatever you want via a Signal or BusMethod if you prefer.
