We Tried to Check the communication between standard client running on Linux PC, and thin client running RaspberriPi 1. Both are able to communicate for basic_service and basic_client program included in SDK for WiFi and Ethernet 2. But the same when connected using Bluetooth dongles and paired, client running on raspberry pi is not able to find the service

IS Bluetooth mode of communication is not supported for thin client ?

The code for the Bluetooth transport was removed from AllJoyn around the time the code was given to the Allseen Alliance. The Bluetooth transport was very hardware specific and only worked on a small handful of Android phones.

Brian Gix has been doing work to re-introduce a new Bluetooth transport that uses the BlueTooth LE specification. His work can be found in the btle-transport branch. Feel free to checkout that branch and give it a try. I don't know when this work is planed to go into a release.

Till that work is done Alljoyn will not work over BlueTooth.
