As a session signal/methodcall reciever, how do a BusObject know what the sender's UniqueName is?

I think it is significant to get a sender's UniqueName.

I've search the API, and found that

typedef void(MessageReceiver::* SignalHandler )(const InterfaceDescription::Member *member, const char *srcPath, Message &message)

,but the InterfaceDescription does not have a UniqueName of sender.

Maybe I've passed some details, please tell me your advice.

message->GetSender() is what you're looking for.
